Wella SP Perm Emulsion - intensive stabilizing treatment for perm hair
Neutralizes all alkaline residues, prevents oxidation and stabilizes the effects of permanent wave. Gives hair elasticity.
HOW TO USE:
Apply to towel-dried hair immediately after permanent wave treatment. Holding the package vertically down, spread it carefully over the entire hair, from the roots to the ends. Massage gently and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Shake the preparation vigorously before use.
