Tolpa Rosacal Strengthening Regenerating Cream is ideal for sensitive, allergic skin with dilated capillaries and prone to redness. It effectively reduces erythema and helps counteract the so-called "spider veins". With each hour of sleep, the skin becomes better moisturized, regenerated and more rested, and its color is evened out.
