How to use:

Apply to damp hair.
If toning after bleaching, apply BLONDME Mask first to complete the oxidation process.
Combine the Toning Cream with BLONDME Premium 2%/7 Vol. Developer in a 1:1 ratio.
Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Apply immediately after preparing the mixture.
Use a large amount of product for full coverage.
Duration of action: up to 20 minutes. Visually inspect.
Do not use additional heat source.
