Refectocil Hydrogen Peroxide 3% liquid 100ml
Stabilizing liquid equivalent to 3% hydrogen peroxide, in a practical bottle with a dropper.
Very efficient, the content of the bottle is enough for at least 100 uses on average and provides
trouble-free dyeing procedure.
How to use :
Using a bowl and an application stick, carefully combine a 2 cm strip of eyelash and eyebrow dye with 10 drops of water
oxidized. Use the resulting mixture immediately. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.Try it
also 3% oxidant in RefectoCil Oxidant cream.
Composition of the product:
Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
