Montibello Platiblanc Extreme Blond Lvl 9 a unique dust-free brightener for all types of strands. The product is recommended for all hair bleaching and lightening techniques. The preparation brightens the strands up to 9 tones. An additional feature of the product is its delicate rose fragrance that lingers on the hair for a long time. The brightener will guide your strands through the decolorization process in a safe and controlled way, without damaging the hair structure. The blue pigment reduces the undesirable effect of yellow tones. The compact formula contained in the product will reduce the volume of the powder when mixing it with the oxidant, reduce the volatility of the powder and inhalation during the preparation of the mixture. After combining the brightener with Oxibel Cream, we get a smooth and uniform consistency that does not dry out and is easily applied to the hair. Application

1:2 ratio. Mix in a plastic bowl. Sample mixing ratio: 25g Montibello Platiblanc Extreme Blond Lvl 9+50ml powder

Thin hair and light tones - mix with Oxibel Cream 20vol (6%) - exposure time 25-30 minutes.
