Inoa activator is a delicate emulsion designed to be combined with coloring creams from the INOA line.
The innovative ODS technology used during the coloring process gently envelops the hair fiber
selected pigment without destroying its structure. Odorless and ammonia-free INOA coloring,
allows you to maintain the natural protective lipid layer of the hair, while maintaining an optimal
scalp comfort.
Application
INOA Nourishing Activator 3% (10 vol.) is used to lighten hair by one tone
INOA 6% (20 vol.) is used to lighten hair up to two tones
INOA 9% (30 vol.) activator is used to lighten up to three tones.
