Directions for use:

1. Conduct an allergy test before use.

2. Read the instructions carefully and strictly follow the directions for use.

3. In a non-metallic container, mix 1 part powder with 2 parts oxidizer (1:2) until smooth and creamy.

4. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair and leave it on for 15-45 minutes, depending on the type of hair and the desired degree of brightening.
