Kallos Neutralizer perfectly neutralizes and helps fix the hair perm treatment. It allows gentle handling of the strands and protection against excessive damage to the hair during the procedure. The neutralizer interrupts the effect of the perm liquid and fixes the twist formed on the hair providing gentle care and the effect of beautiful curls and waves for a long time.

Directions for use:

Rinse the perm fluid thoroughly. Mix the neutralizer in a ratio of 1:1 with warm water. Apply to styled hair.
Leave on for about 5 minutes, then remove the rollers and spread the rest of the fixative on your hair.
Leave on for another 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
