Goldwell Perm Fixer perpetuates the effects of Goldwell Topform Hair Structure Transformation Liquids.
It is suitable for use with liquids of all levels (from 0 to 2).

How to use:

Mix the fixer with water in a 1:1 ratio. Spread 2/3 of the mixture on the hair wrapped in rollers and wait 5 minutes.
Then unroll the rollers and apply the rest of the mixture to the lengths and ends of the hair. Leave for 3-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Result:

Fixed, elastic, elastic hair with even curl.
