Dusty-free blue brightening powder with Keratin and Argan Oil.
Perfect for highlights, bleaching, decoloring and all other hair lightening techniques.
Its special, dust-free formula reduces the risk of skin irritation. Brightens up to 7 tones, maybe
combined with hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of: 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%), 40 vol (12%).
DO NOT USE NEAR HEAT SOURCES.
How to use:
Mix 1 scoop of powder with 60 ml of activator in a non-metal bowl
