Effects on hair

The beneficial effect of brewer's yeast on hair is due to the content of proteins, vitamins and minerals
and oligoelements.The action of proteins includes, among others: on protection against external damage,
rebuilding, conditioning and improving hair elasticity by covering the hair fiber
a thin film that reduces the risk of breakage. Low molecular weight proteins can
penetrate to the hair root. Thanks to these abilities, they are perfect for repairing and strengthening
and protect the hair from the inside. Proteins with a high molecular weight, due to their ability
to cover the hair surface, protect and smooth the hair from the outside. Action in relation to
individual vitamins and minerals present in brewer's yeast:

• vitamin B2 (riboflavin) strengthens the hair structure,
• vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) fights seborrhea,
• vitamin B7 (inositol) stimulates hair growth,
• vitamin B8 (biotin) helps to reduce hair loss,
• vitamin B9 (folic acid) affects melanin, contributing to natural protection
  hair colors,
• para-aminobenzoic acid protects against hair discoloration,
• magnesium gives hair volume,
• Selenium helps fight dandruff.

Hair regeneration in 3 days Treatment:

-Apply yeast to your head and hair along its entire length 3 times a day and massage
hair and scalp for 2-3 minutes. Leave to dry.

-In the evening (4th time), apply a larger amount of extract to your hair until it becomes damp,
massage your hair and scalp for a minute, then put on a foil cap. After 15
minutes, remove the cap and dry your hair. Repeat for the next 3 days.
