Artego 9% cream oxidizer is intended specifically for use with IT'S COLOR permanent cream paints, as well as with NO-AM and X-LIGHT Artego brighteners. The cosmetic is in the form of a cream, so it facilitates application and is a carrier of oxidizing substances. The oxidant also contains caring substances that provide the hair with softness and perfect shine. A concentration of 3% is used for tone-to-tone coloring, darkening and lightening by one level.
