Artego oxidant in cream 12% isdesigned specifically for use with IT'S COLOR permanent cream dyes, as well as with NO-AM and X-LIGHT Artego brighteners. The cosmetic is in the form of a cream, so it facilitates application and is a carrier of oxidizing substances. The composition of the oxidant also includes conditioning substances, which provide hair with softness and excellent shine. The concentration of 3% is used for tone-on-tone coloring, darkening and lightening by one level.
